• Privacy: SafeFrog does not collect, process, or store any personal data, including email addresses or location data. The Site operates solely on an access code method. We do not view or access your files unless they are flagged as illegal. SafeFrog is not liable for any unauthorized access to your files due to your negligence.
• Prohibited Content: You must not upload or share files that contain viruses, malware, or any content that could harm the Site or other users.
• Security: To ensure the secure storage of files, it is mandatory to utilize our provided access code generator. Any attempt to use a personal or alternative code for file access will compromise the security of the system and shall be deemed a breach of protocol. The responsibility for any resulting security issues or data breaches due to the use of non-authorized codes shall be solely borne by the user.

4. File Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the files you upload to SafeFrog. By uploading files, you grant SafeFrog a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store and delete your files for the purpose of operating and improving our services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranty: SafeFrog provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold SafeFrog and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.
• Exemption from Liability: SafeFrog is exempt from any legal action related to the use of the Site. No legal action can be taken against SafeFrog for any issues arising from the use of the Site.
